ServiceNow ITOM Consultant/ Developer This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant/ Developer to join our team in Sao Paulo or Curitiba. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management solutions using ServiceNow. This role supports transformation programs for clients such as Petrobras and Banco Bradesco, focusing on infrastructure visibility, automation, and operational resilience. Implement and support ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Health. Develop automation strategies using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestrator. Collaborate with ITSM and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and service continuity. Conduct workshops and roadmap sessions with stakeholders to align platform investments with business goals. Monitor and improve CMDB accuracy, service visibility, and event correlation. Lead platform upgrades and configuration of new features. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules. Experience with SLO/SLI, DataDog, Azure, and cloud infrastructure monitoring. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), API integrations, and platform analytics. Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management platforms (e.g., BMC, OpenText). Benefits We offer: A competitive salary package. The performance indicators for this role include: CMDB Health Score improvement (target: >90% accuracy). Reduction in manual discovery and event noise. SLA adherence and service reliability metrics (SLO/SLI). Successful deployment of ITOM modules within agreed timelines.
