Job Title: Workday Techno Functional Analysts/ PM Location: Remote (Brazil) Duration: Long Term ContractClient need profiles who are Workday certified and have good exposure independently handling CCB, Studio integrations in Workday HCM space. Candidate should be independently able to work on integrations and other end to end Workday support and payroll items.Position 1 - Project Manager/ Business Analyst: Coordinate release work, agile and prioritization stand-ups meetings, prepare presentations, project & resource planning Business Analysis work including gathering and documenting business requirements and functional design, perform data analysis Workday configuration SMEPosition 2 - Techno-Functional Analyst: Business Analysis work including gathering and documenting business requirements and functional design, perform data analysis Workday configuration SME Review test cases for completeness Create and maintain knowledge and response catalogPosition 3 - Techno-Functional Developer or Analyst: Flex hours to onboard additional resources when there is an extra need, for example during open enrollment Type of resource depends on the need (technical vs. functional)
