Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply ChainLocation:Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil Preferred -Commute to the office 2–3 times a month.Employment Type:ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking aSenior Project Manager (PMP Certified)with strong experience inManufacturing and Supply Chainto lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units.This role requires fluency inEnglish and Portuguese , strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage bothtechnical and business-facing projects . The ideal candidate is well-versed in multipleproject management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)and has a background that bridgesProject ManagementandBusiness Analysis .Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle management—from initiation through delivery—ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.Build, motivate, and guide project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Drive requirements gathering and solution design in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams.Communicate effectively with senior management, providing clear reports, presentations, and updates.Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall governance and quality standards.Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and resource negotiations.Promote continuous process improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.Required QualificationsPMP Certification(mandatory).Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.10+ years of project management experience , with at least5 years in manufacturing or supply chain projects .Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.Strong knowledge ofAgile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies .Experience acting as bothProject Manager and Business Analystwhen required.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese(spoken and written).Proficiency withMicrosoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio , and tools such asServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Planview .Preferred AttributesStrong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.Flexibility to work across global time zones when necessary.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration.
