Embracing a 100% remote culture for over 20 years, we are committed to flexibility and work-life balance for our employees.We are looking for a CRM Analyst JR to ensure that store communication is assertive and aligned with customer and commercial team needs. This role requires availability to work on-site at the client’s office 4 days a week, located in Jardim Santa Emília, São Paulo – SP. The CRM Analyst will define a promotional calendar with stakeholders (commercial squads, communication, pricing), report results, and identify best actions. They will also monitor overall store performance, identify opportunities across the site, and analyze recurrence KPIs such as coupon usage, recurring customer conversion, and new revenue streams.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop campaigns aligned with the CRM promotional calendar, focused on customer relationships and conversion.• Conduct data analysis and segmentation, creating reports to evaluate campaign performance.• Complete result reports and present insights during weekly meetings.• Develop creative briefs, approve email copy and layouts, and craft subject lines and communication content.• Ensure calendar updates and alignment with all relevant teams.• Structure segmentation strategies to support recurrence KPI development.• Create reports providing a comprehensive view of store performance and propose actions to evolve KPIs.• Work with autonomy and proactivity while supporting junior team members.Requirements and Competencies• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.• Experience in strategic planning and process improvement.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software is a plus.Skill Set• Data collection and organization from multiple sources.• Data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.• Strategy design to improve business processes and outcomes.• Definition and optimization of customer journeys.• Process and communication improvements.• Suggestions for new communication strategies and audience targeting.• Compilation of comprehensive analytical reports.• Clear and compelling presentation of results and recommendations.OSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
