We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Core Networks /Mobile & Converged Networks with strong expertise in mobile and converged network architectures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nokia network solutions, virtualization technologies, and key signaling protocols, and will play a crucial role in aligning network strategies with customer and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and fixed/converged network architectures.Manage and optimize virtualized environments using Nokia CBIS VMs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as NCS.Work with Nokia network elements and third-party systems including CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, and CSD.Troubleshoot and optimize signaling protocols such as SIP, Diameter, and S7.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions aligned with customer and Nokia objectives.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks effectively.Provide deep analytical support and troubleshoot complex network issues.Required Skills and QualificationsExtensive knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), fixed and converged networks.Experience with virtualization and container platforms (Nokia CBIS, Docker, Kubernetes, NCS).Familiarity with Nokia network components (CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, CSD) and third-party solutions.Strong understanding of SIP, Diameter, and S7 protocols.Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet technical and business goals.Excellent risk management, leadership, and communication skills.Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude.Proficiency in English.Preferred QualificationsCertifications or relevant education in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields.Prior experience working with Nokia systems and large-scale network deployments.We are Connectors.
