We also operate Signal Raptor, a standalone software solution that enhances brand exposure and supports business scaling.Role The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team's operational efficiency by managing administrative tasks, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless follow-up processes. This role serves as the backbone of sales operations, enabling the enrollment and closing teams to focus on revenue-generating activities. Success requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline statusInbound application grading for prospectsSchedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activitiesSend follow-up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales teamManage sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materialsTrack KPIs, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibilityHandle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organizationSupport lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequencesCoordinate communication between sales team members and other departmentsResults100% CRM accuracy with timely updates on all lead activities and deal stagesZero missed appointments or follow-ups due to scheduling or administrative errorsConsistent tracking and reporting of sales metrics, pipeline health, and team performanceImproved sales team productivity through efficient administrative support and coordinationClear and proactive communication with the team on priorities, deadlines, and action itemsTangible contribution to revenue goals by enabling the sales team to maximize selling timeRequirementsProven experience as a virtual assistant, sales coordinator, or in a similar administrative support roleStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanorHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasksProficient with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, or similar platforms)Comfortable with sales tools including scheduling software, email platforms, and project management systemsSelf-motivated and proactive with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independentlyReliable internet connection and professional remote work setupAdaptable and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced sales environmentAgency or PR/marketing background is a plusThe starting pay for this position is $693 USD/month.
