A Verity está buscando novos talentosSomos uma consultoria de inovação e transformação digital e buscamos Product Designer Sênior para fazer parte dessa jornada.Olha só quais são as experiências e conhecimentos que você precisa ter para acelerar e transformar com a gente:Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no acompanhamento e melhoria da performance de corretores, utilizando dados e ferramentas de CRM (Salesforce), com foco em estratégias de crescimento (SRO – Growth) e suporte à área de vendas.Principais responsabilidadesMonitorar e analisar a performance dos corretores de forma recorrente (4x por semana), identificando tendências, gaps e oportunidades.Apoiar na implementação e evolução do CRM Salesforce, garantindo o uso adequado e aproveitamento máximo da plataforma.Conectar os indicadores de performance com as iniciativas do time de Growth (SRO), propondo ações para alavancar resultados.Estruturar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento dos resultados e apoio à tomada de decisão.Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de negócios e tecnologia para garantir a integração de processos e consistência das informações. Requisitos:Experiência com Salesforce (CRM) – configuração, uso e análise.Conhecimento em métricas de performance comercial (especialmente corretagem/vendas).Vivência com rotinas de acompanhamento recorrente e análise de indicadores.Capacidade de traduzir dados em insights de negócio para Growth.DiferenciaisExperiência em projetos de SRO / Growth.Habilidade em construção de dashboards (ex.: Power BI, Tableau).Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes stakeholders (corretores, gestores e áreas de apoio).BenefíciosVale refeiçãoVale alimentaçãoAuxílio home officeAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaParcerias de descontosConvênios em estabelecimentos e instituições de ensinoTreinamentos de agilidade recorrentesIntervalor Verity#VerityComVocêViva Engage
