In this role you will:
The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the country, including delivery, strategic planning and optimization.
Responsibilities:
. Plan and deliver organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity and customer experience
. Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and procedures
. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
