Estamos em busca de um Account Executive, altamente motivado e experiente para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal terá um histórico comprovado em vendas e conhecimento sólido na área de Cyber Identity. Será responsável por desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes, identificar oportunidades de negócio e apresentar soluções de segurança personalizadas. Muito mais do que gerar receita, fortalecemos o posicionamento da Sec4U e criamos relacionamentos duradouros. 


Responsabilidades

Atingimento das metas trimestrais e kpis semanais.
Gerenciar carteira de clientes, com olhar para retenção e identificação de novas oportunidades de negócios (X-Sell Up-Sell).
Construir relacionamentos sólidos com clientes existentes e garantir a satisfação contínua, apresentando as soluções adequadas.
Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes.
Preparação para desenvolvimento da conta, Account Planning, definição da melhor abordagem e objetivos para cada reunião.
Gestão de negócios e pipeline, analisar e planejar forecast a curto e médio prazo.
Elaboração de propostas comerciais.
Atualização do CRM.
Acompanhar as tendências do mercado e as inovações em Cyber Security.


Requisitos
Experiência com vendas consultivas em TI.
Conhecimento aprofundado em soluções de Cyber Identity.
Capacidade de compreender as necessidades dos clientes e adaptar as soluções de segurança de acordo.
Focado em metas e resultados, com a capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente.
Forte habilidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento estratégico.
Capacidade de compreender as necessidades dos clientes e adaptar as soluções de segurança de acordo.
Gerenciar bem a agenda.


Qualificação

Formação superior completa em áreas relacionadas.
Inglês avançado/fluente (Desejável).
Ótimo relacionamento interpessoal.
