About the Position

Eqvista is seeking a dynamic New Business Account Executive to join our expanding teamOur New Business Sales division is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities across our diverse product portfolio. As we embark on our next phase of growth, we're assembling a team of driven, independent, results-focused Account Executives committed to maintaining the highest standards of high customer service.The New Business Account Executive (AE) will play a key role in closing deals with new clients within North America. This includes consulting with old clients, new clients, and cultivating new leads as we expand our product lines.This person should be hard working and have a high interest in our industry and services, as they need to research and understand what we do, and what value we provide to our clients. This person must be very independent in their work, set their own daily goals, and actively seek out knowledge and assistance from others when needed.In this role, you will:Consult with clients across numerous industries and sizes, and their needs on an equity management/valuation basisUnderstand the concerns of C-Suite positions and what financial services they require to make informed decisionsStrategically build and expand your pipeline to meet and exceed targets, employing a variety of tailored tactics and channels based on account strategies.Navigate the Eqvista Sales Process from initial Discovery to Closed/Won, utilizing the Value Framework to qualify deals and review opportunities.Leverage technical and cross-functional resources effectively to optimize success rates.Collaborate across departments to advance Eqvista's objectives, fostering positive relationships internally and externally to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.Build partnerships with other companies to expand our reach and offerings.What you’ll need:Proven track record of at least 3 years in a closing AE role, demonstrating consistent success.Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration or related fieldsNative or Near-Native English SpeakerExperience in sales/account executive positions in North AmericaExperience in selling SaaS solutions to executive-level stakeholders.Independent, self-motivated, responsible and diligentAble to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and influencing abilities, both written and verbal.Drive for results, with a history of high performance and proactive action.Familiarity with managing sales processes utilizing Command of the Message or similar value-based methodologies.Professionalism centered on honesty and high quality customer service
