**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our passionate sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. **Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, identify key decision-makers, and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop customized solutions and address customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress using CRM software and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecast.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
