Sales Development Representative

El crecimiento está en nuestro ADN y actualmente estamos ampliando nuestro equipo. Buscamos un **Sales Development Representative (hablante nativo de español)** que se encargará de prospectar y actualizar bases de datos, aplicando técnicas comerciales con el objetivo de generar leads cualificados y oportunidades reales de negocio para nuestros clientes.
**¿Cómo será el trabajo diario?**
- Dominar, analizar, planificar y ejecutar el proceso de prospección y venta saliente: priorización de prospectos en la lista saliente; desarrollo del pipeline y ejecución de las etapas del embudo de prospección según los parámetros definidos.
- Recopilar información sobre clientes potenciales y proporcionar información sobre los productos y servicios del proyecto de forma consultiva.
- Mantener actualizados el CRM, la base de datos y otros sistemas.
- Gestionar el pipeline de ventas y asegurar que cada lead recibe el seguimiento adecuado según su evolución en el embudo.
- Preparar materiales de presentación de leads y facilitar reuniones comerciales entre leads cualificados y el ejecutivo comercial.
- Participar en reuniones comerciales y aportar ideas sobre cómo el equipo de Desarrollo de Ventas puede apoyar los esfuerzos de los equipos de cierre.
- Analizar y reportar datos que contribuyan al ajuste y mejora de los procesos y estrategia de prospección saliente.
- Trabajar con el equipo de desarrollo de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
- Ejecutar la estrategia y los procesos implementados por la dirección de Operaciones de Desarrollo de Ventas.
**Para que te vaya bien en este puesto, necesitas tener**:
- Hablante nativo de español (mandatory)
- Educación secundaria completa.
- Experiência en ventas consultivas.
- Experiência en prospección de ventas B2B.
- Dominio en técnica de ventas, preferiblemente Spin Selling.
- Conocimientos en CRM y embudo de ventas.
- MS Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel nível intermedio.

- Estudios superiores cursando o concluidos.
- Experiência en prospección en el segmento tecnológico o ventas complejas.
