Job Title: Sales Development Representative Manager

SAP SE is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives across Latin America, driving sales pipeline growth, and implementing processes to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular 121's with team members, setting goals and KPIs, and tracking performance.
  • Implement processes and best practices to drive sales pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Concur solutions and competitor offerings.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of successfully managing a sales team.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of running successful teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
