Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Cencora is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate proactive cold calls to prospects to grow sales revenue and build customer relationships.
  • Conduct pre-call research and planning to set goals for the call and anticipate customer needs.
  • Follow through on campaigns and calls to ensure smooth handoffs of vetted leads to Sales.
  • Research prospects online and via LinkedIn to identify potential customers and build prospecting data sets.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify customer trends and support calls and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify the right customers and individuals to target for acquisition.
  • Participate in required sales training to maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers.
  • Monitor incoming LATAM leads to identify trending requests and improve the lead generation process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum sales experience with territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, and tailored proposal follow-through.
  • Training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, ability to build trust and credibility with prospective customers, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build internal collaboration with subject matter experts and others as necessary.
  • Strong presentation skills, up-to-date knowledge of presentation software and equipment, and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
