About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Fluke. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating our sales process by engaging customers, responding to incoming leads, and collaborating with field sellers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Fluke's sales process by engaging customers, responding to incoming leads, and collaborating with field sellers to drive business growth.
- Build customer relationships to understand their needs and remain responsive to changing customer goals.
- Prospect, source, and prioritize new sales opportunities by phone and email to achieve sales goals.
- Work with our e-commerce and digital sales process to support business growth.
- Demonstrate perseverance and diligence to overcome customer concerns and close sales opportunities.
- Generate profitable growth through quota attainment.
Requirements
- Advanced English level is desirable.
- Studying Electronic Engineering Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and tactical profile.
- Value or consultative sales training and experience is desirable.
- Business and results-oriented.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Data analytics skills.
