Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales organization in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential corporate partners. You will support our outbound Sales Development Managers covering one of our US markets, generating lists of target companies and decision makers, and approaching them through a combination of cold emails, cold calls, and engagement on LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-starter, and passionate about sales. You will focus on:
- Researching potential partners and compiling lists of decision makers
- Approaching targeted decision makers through a combination of cold emails, cold calls, and engagement on LinkedIn
- Creating a positive first impression with prospects to generate sales conversations
- Achieving and exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Passion for hospitality, sales, and joining a dynamic and fast-growing company
- 2 years of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making cold calls in English
- Familiarity with AI tools to support prospecting and written communication
- Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Team player
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree
