Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Fluke. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating our sales process by engaging customers, responding to incoming leads, and collaborating with field sellers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Fluke's sales process by engaging customers, responding to incoming leads, and collaborating with field sellers to drive business growth.
  • Build customer relationships to understand their needs and remain responsive to changing customer goals.
  • Prospect, source, and prioritize new sales opportunities by phone and email to achieve sales goals and maximize customer-facing time.
  • Work with our e-commerce and digital sales process to support business growth.
  • Demonstrate perseverance and diligence to overcome customer concerns and close sales opportunities.
  • Generate profitable growth through quota attainment.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level is desirable.
  • Studying Electronic Engineering Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and tactical profile.
  • Value or consultative sales training and experience is desirable.
  • Business and results-oriented.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Data analytics skills.
