Nosso cliente é uma startup comprometida com a formação/capacitação e qualificação de estudantes, profissionais e pesquisadores do futebol.  Buscamos um Sales Development Representative (SDR)  com expertise em identificar e qualificar bons leads, colaborando com o crescimento da empresa. Responsabilidades
  •  Prospectar e qualificar novos clientes através de CRMs;
  • Gerenciar e manter contatos tanto automatizadas quanto personalizadas, com leads e clientes;
  • Direcionar leads qualificados para o Executivo de Vendas / Closer;
  • Aompanhar passagem do lead para o Closer e auxiliar em caso de necessidades de remarcação de agendamentos;
  • Realizar follow-up com os leads de acordo com o fluxo de  cadência de cada funil;
  • Atentar-se à métricas e indicadores, visando otimizar os processos e trazer os melhores resultados.
Requisitos
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial (Av. paulista);
  • Experiência em área comercial e vendas;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;
  • Boa capacidade comunicativa;
  • Motivado para maiores ganhos e ótimas entregas.
Proposta Remuneração atrativa e ótimas comissões; Atuação 100% presencial; Possibilidade de contratação PJ ou CLT; Plano de saúde e Vale Alimentação para contratos CLT.
