 Principais responsabilidadesDesenhar e executar a estratégia de conteúdo e social media da Woba (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, blog, newsletter e canais internos);Garantir consistência de marca e coerência narrativa entre todas as frentes (marca empregadora, produto, marketing e cultura);Criar, revisar e otimizar conteúdo com base em dados de performance e tendências de mercado;Apoiar a estratégia de Employer Branding e campanhas institucionais (lançamentos, eventos, PR, etc.);Gerenciar calendário editorial e alinhar demandas com áreas internas (People, Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.);Monitorar métricas, insights e menções de marca transformando dados em aprendizados e ações;Produzir conteúdo otimizando as frentes de atuação (eventos, cases de clientes, conteúdos de PR, materiais ricos e etc); Perfil ideal:Mente estratégica e olhar de criador entende o porquê por trás de cada conteúdo;Capacidade de unir storytelling, dados e cultura em uma só voz;Escrita afiada, criativa e conectada com o tom Woba (humanizado, autêntico, inspirador e com energia);Familiaridade com formatos multimídia (reels, posts, artigos, vídeos, etc.);Organização e autonomia para lidar com múltiplas entregas e deadlines curtos;Curiosidade e vontade de aprender somos uma startup em movimento constante;Conhecimento e entusiasmo com utilização de ferramentas de AI.Requisitos:Formação em Comunicação, Jornalismo, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em Content Strategy e Social Media (mín. 3 anos);Experiência em construção de marca, employer branding ou cultura organizacional é um diferencial;Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de conteúdo (Notion, ClickUp, Later, Metricool, etc.);Escrita impecável em português e boa leitura em inglês;Diferencial: experiência com startups, techs ou scale-ups.
