O QUE PRECISAMOS

  • Formação em Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com liderança técnica;
  • Conhecimento sobre o processo de gestão de pessoas (seleção, feedback, acompanhamento individual);
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de software;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de Produtos Digitais;
  • Conhecimento das boas práticas de desenvolvimento no modelo ágil;
  • Possuir sólido conhecimento técnico em pelo menos uma das stacks (.NET ou React);
  • Experiência com cloud, de preferência AWS;
  • Experiência com integração de sistemas;
  • Experiência com microsserviços;
  • Conhecimento em Banco de Dados.


O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO IT ENGINEER LEAD

  • Coordenar os trabalhos de desenvolvimento de soluções de produto, adequando e alocando as competências e os recursos disponíveis, visando a evolução dos roadmaps dos times, o cumprimento de prioridades e o atendimento das demandas conforme definido pela Diretoria de Tecnologia e empresa;
  • Liderar os times responsáveis pelos Canais Digitais, CRM e Atendimento ao Cliente na entrega dos produtos em parceria com Product Owner, Arquiteto e Scrum Master;
  • Assegurar a correta definição de fronteiras entre os domínios, tecnologias e plataformas afim de garantir a aderência à arquitetura de referência em parceria com o time de arquitetos;
  • Fazer a gestão de um time multidisciplinar. Atuar como mentor, apoiando no desenvolvimento dos liderados, 1:1, seleção, etc;
  • Fomentar junto ao Scrum Master a melhoria contínua do time, trabalhando para potencializar as ações e elevar os resultados de métricas em gestão ágil.
