Job Title: Social Insights Analyst The role of a Social Insights Analyst is to provide in-depth analysis and insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. As a Social Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping the organization make informed decisions about product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. You will also need to be proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques. Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or marketing (2nd or 3rd year). Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus. Familiarity with market research methods and tools is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills required. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
