About The Team/role
Team Overview: Join our dynamic and impactful Research, Insights & Analytics team, a group of curious, people-centric, and data-driven professionals dedicated to understanding our users and solving critical business challenges. We translate research findings into clear, actionable business language and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst of Consumer Insights, you will help uncover deep and actionable insights about our consumers to fuel strategic business decisions. You will lead research initiatives focused on consumer behavior, attitudes, and motivations, design and execute varied research methodologies, analyze data, and translate findings into narratives and recommendations for stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership. You will contribute to shaping our understanding of the market and users, driving growth and improving user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage consumer research projects: quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
  • Develop research plans with objectives, methodologies, and timelines to address business questions related to consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Analyze data from primary, secondary, and internal sources to identify key insights and patterns.
  • Translate findings into clear, concise narratives and implications for the business.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.
  • Present findings to stakeholders across product, marketing, engineering, and senior leadership through reports and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategies.
  • Manage external research vendors to ensure quality and effectiveness of outsourced projects.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link insights to growth.
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
  • Project management to handle multiple research projects with timelines and budgets.

Must Know

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Advanced English skills for reading, listening, and speaking in an international environment.
  • Statistical knowledge and experience applying techniques to analyze data.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer insights or market research.
  • Understanding of user-centered principles; adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
