Responsável por gerenciar projetos de implantação das soluções Creatio (CRM, automação de processos e IA), atuando como ponto central entre o cliente, as equipes técnicas e as áreas internas da Creatio. Lidera todo o ciclo de vida do projeto — desde o planejamento até a entrega e pós‑implementação — assegurando qualidade, conformidade com as melhores práticas e satisfação do cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e gerenciar todas as etapas do projeto de implementação Creatio.
  • Atuar como principal interlocutor entre clientes, equipes técnicas e consultoria de negócios.
  • Conduzir reuniões, workshops e sessões de levantamento de requisitos.
  • Monitorar progresso, riscos e mudanças de escopo, assegurando a satisfação do cliente.
  • Garantir que as soluções entregues estejam alinhadas às melhores práticas da Creatio e às necessidades do cliente.
  • Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento e reportar o status do projeto para stakeholders e diretoria.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de software empresarial (CRM, ERP, BPM ou automação de processos).
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e tradicionais (Waterfall).
  • Experiência com plataformas no-code/low-code ou CRM.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado para interação em projetos globais.

Diferenciais desejados

  • Certificação PMP, PRINCE2 ou equivalente.
  • Certificação SAP Activate Project Manager.
  • Experiência com gestão de times remotos e multinacionais.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis aplicadas a projetos projetos de software empresarial.
