ABOUT THE ROLEJoin a fast-paced, agile team working on a project for a leading multimedia and entertainment company in the gaming space.
Bring your entrepreneurial mindset, make data-driven decisions, and see your ideas come to life—impacting both internal tools and customer-facing products.WHAT YOU WILL DO-Plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed business expectations;- Coach team members to improve performance, support process optimization, and help define or enhance workflows and tools that drive efficiency;- Ensure continuous alignment between project outcomes and strategic objectives;- Lead end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment;- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices;- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities;- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.MUST HAVES- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;- Proven experience in AdTech, with a strong understanding of media, advertising, and web application development;- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management best practices;- Hands-on experience with planning, task tracking, and requirements management;- Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills;- Proven ability to manage full project cycles—from strategy through execution and reporting;- Strong interest in emerging technologies and best practices;- Advanced or upper-intermediate English proficiency.NICE TO HAVES- Experience mentoring or managing technical team members;- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, CAPM);- PMP Certification.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
