Business Development Director - Unlock Your Potential We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive our growth strategy across the LATAM market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales and pre-sales activities, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Leverage expertise in public speaking and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and drive results. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing strategic plans to address them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business development efforts, from prospecting to closing large-scale deals. Responsible for scoping deals with customers, defining business strategic plans, and ensuring successful delivery. Assist the sales team during all pre-sales and sales phases, from acquisition to delivery. Employ consultative sales approach, understanding customer pain points and proposing solutions aligned with TCS goals and objectives. Lead project team meetings and customer meetings as required, promoting collaboration and driving results. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a public speaker and high presentation skills. Ability to interact with all stakeholders in the customer (from technical expert to C-Level management). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field.
