MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational company located in Indaiatuba SP, selects:

PROJECT COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Engineering or related areas.
  • Previous project management experience, within the industrial sector, preferably with machinery and equipment manufacturers.
  • Technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering OR equivalent working experience.
  • Computer systems knowledge/skills such as Word, Excel, AutoCad, MS Projects.
  • Commercial affinity ability and experience to communicate effectively and directly with customers.
  • Good questioning skills to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources concurrently.
  • Advanced (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.

·         Must have mobility to work in Indaiatuba/SP.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  •  PMP or formal Project Management training preferred.
  •  Basic knowledge of conveyors and/or systems.
  •  Computer systems knowledge/skills such as ERP (e.g. Oracle) and PDM/PLM.
  •  Advanced (spoken and written) Spanish.
  • EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate concepts from the Application Engineering group into Equipment product specifications.

Work as part of a sales team to define project scope, develop proposals to customers.

Successfully execute projects while maintaining project scope, schedule and budget.

Coordinate with internal and external resources ensuring customer requirements and scope are met.

Actively manage projects by monitoring progress, coordinating cross team activities and proactively identifying and resolving potential resource or process conflicts.

Identifying project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation.

Provide remote technical support to our customers, troubleshooting applications and providing information.

Identify business processes that do not align with our growing platform, assess implications and work with various teams to implement change.
