Campus Education Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to support Head Teachers in the classroom, contributing to student development and ensuring a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

• Support Head Teachers during classes, guiding students through activities to enrich their learning experience and promote academic excellence.
• Assist in preparing, distributing, and collecting class materials, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Help implement pedagogical projects and initiatives that align with school goals and objectives.
• Organize the classroom with materials requested by the Head Teacher, ensuring a clutter-free and safe environment for students.
• Take part in decorating classrooms, bulletin boards, doors, and other learning spaces, promoting creativity and aesthetics.
• Adapt learning activities for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusion and equal opportunities for all students.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, supervising and guiding them during all activities and promoting a positive and supportive classroom culture.
• Welcome and dismiss students, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper handover to guardians, promoting a smooth transition between home and school life.
• Supervise students during meals, promoting healthy eating habits and routines that foster a positive body image and overall well-being.
• Lead the classroom during the Head Teacher's temporary absence, taking charge of teaching responsibilities and ensuring continuity of instruction.
• Capture classroom moments through photos and videos, sharing them with the Head Teacher as scheduled, promoting communication and transparency.
• Participate in academic meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops to enhance professional skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
• Attend school events involving families, representing the school's values and community spirit, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among stakeholders.
