In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to build and maintain automations, streamline onboarding, organize creative assets, and analyze performance data. Your contributions will form the operational backbone of the business, enabling the creative team to stay focused on strategy and growth.Copy Squadis a boutique agency that helps businesses scale through direct-response copywriting and strategic marketing. We specialize in high-converting funnels, email campaigns, and sales pages that deliver measurable results. Our culture values autonomy, clarity, and execution. If you’re energized by creating systems, managing complexity, and turning ideas into action, you’ll fit right in.Learn more about the companyResponsibilities Build and manage automations in GoHighLevel (tags, triggers, email/SMS sequences, upsell/downsell flows) Automate cross-sell and upsell campaigns (e.g., lifetime pass offers triggered post-purchase) Integrate fulfillment extras (e.g., Printify t-shirt delivery) into automation stack Maintain and optimize onboarding sequences from purchase → Discord → product access Simplify onboarding for less tech-savvy users with walkthroughs and explainer videos Maintain a centralized swipe file system for copywriters (Notion-based) Organize and distribute high-performing promos, emails, and ads for easy access if requested by writers. Use GoHighLevel API or integrations to track email performance (open/click rates) Gather top-performing client promos and store them for internal use Maintain templated assets for junior-level tasks (order forms, upsells, offers) Ensure funnels (opt-ins, follow-ups, upsells) are running and optimized Implement upsell triggers and fulfillment automation Act as an ops partner across all brands, tying together tech, customer experience, and internal processes Take over low-leverage tasks currently handled by the CEO and design lead Focus first 30/60/90 days on agency swipe system, PickJunkies onboarding, and Copy Squad automationsRequirements Exceptional fluency in English across reading, writing, and verbal communication Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar agency environment (preferred) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with automations, integrations, and system optimization Minimum 2 years of project management experience using PM tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana—not ticketing platforms) Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects (preferred) Familiarity with copywriting and marketing funnels (preferred) Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with automation platforms and digital tools Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement long-term, scalable solutions Skilled in breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable steps Capable of making sound decisions independently and managing multiple prioritiesAdditional requirements: Available to work in U.S. EST time zones Access to a computer and basic tech setup Reliable internet connection Reliable and distraction-free work environment Financial industry knowledge is helpful Project Management tool experience with Notion or similar software, highly preferred (Not ticketing tools like Jira)This position is for a person who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and task completion skills Proactive self-starter who takes initiative without needing micromanagement Operates with a sense of urgency and accountability Comfortable being direct and assertive, especially around deadlines Professional and composed in fast-paced environments Solution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Takes ownership and avoids excuses Motivated by impact and loves getting things doneThis position is NOT for someone who: Struggles with follow-through or self-management Has to be pushed to do their job Prefers a slow-paced work environment Lacks a sense of urgency Thinks “good enough is good enough” Makes excuses Doesn’t care about getting exceptional results Is unavailable to work during U.S. EST time zone Can’t stand political conservative viewpoints Hates the financial industrySoftware Utilized by Company GoHighLevel, Notion, Google Workspace, PrintifyOffer Details Full-time, remote, contractor position BRL:R$6.720,00 -BRL:R$7.280,00/month No benefits providedOur Cultural Pillars: We are professionals.
