Job Title: Workday Finance Integrations Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Integrations Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday Financials integrations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and API frameworks, with proven experience in implementing and supporting financials integrations in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, test, and deployment of Workday Financial integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations for inbound/outbound data exchange.
  • Work with Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST, RAAS, Graph) and manage OAuth 2.0 API client registrations.
  • Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Conduct unit, end-to-end, and post-production testing; provide ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Document designs, field mappings, workflows, and configuration details.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and recommend improvements to ensure system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
  • Proven expertise with Workday Financials integrations (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON.
  • Solid understanding of Workday reporting (RaaS, WQL).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage requirements, and drive issue resolution.
