The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front-end Developer with experience building modern web applications in React. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-centric environment and enjoys working closely with product designers, backend engineers, and startup founders to bring digital products to life.

The ideal candidate has experience working with SaaS or AI-driven products, is confident using tools like Tailwind CSS or ShadCn, and deeply cares about delivering clean, scalable, and accessible front-end code.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI components;
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready React components using Tailwind CSS or ShadCn;
  • Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility;
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions;
  • Work with backend developers to integrate REST or GraphQL APIs;
  • Maintain and improve front-end architecture, component libraries, and design systems;
  • Stay current with frontend trends, tooling, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Proven experience building SaaS or AI-based applications;
  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS or ShadCn;
  • Solid understanding of component-driven development and modern frontend patterns;
  • Experience working with Git, version control workflows, and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.);
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, async-friendly environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in startup environments or design-led teams;
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization;
  • Exposure to backend concepts or experience consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL);
  • Contributions to open source or personal projects demonstrating technical creativity.
