Expert Shopify Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify developer to provide high-level technical support and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Shopify development, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert level Shopify technical support and troubleshoot critical issues.
- Conduct incident analysis, postmortems, and document resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Engage with product managers and business partners on system capability, design, and solutions.
- Work with developers to ensure technical requirements, best practices, performance, and security.
- 5+ years of experience in Shopify development, with knowledge of Shopify Plus.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a rotating schedule including some weekends and holidays within a 24/7 support environment.
- Experience troubleshooting site issues using various tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices.
- Knowledge of front-end caching, CDNs, and request-response flow.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Salesforce Cloud experience.
- Proficiency in core JavaScript (or a popular variant) and front-end frameworks.
