Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Shopify Support Developer (Junior) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Shopify development, with knowledge of Shopify Plus and proficiency in core JavaScript.

  • As a Shopify Support Developer (Junior), you will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot critical issues, and work with the Development team to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Conduct incident analysis, postmortems, and document resolutions for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with Product Management and business partners on system capability, design, and solutions.

Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service, resolving site issues using various tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of Shopify development experience with knowledge of Shopify Plus
  • Proficiency in core JavaScript and front-end frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience troubleshooting site issues using various tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
