We are looking for Talent Development Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities)
Position Summary:
The Talent Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of training and development initiatives, working on projects aimed at the development of employees. This professional will play a key role in the logistical organization of training sessions, onboarding new talent, collaborating with vendors, and supporting corporate programs, as well as performing translation, updating, and review of learning materials.
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee the logistics of in-person, hybrid, and online trainings (invitations, registrations, rooms, materials, coffee breaks, certificates, etc.);
• Support the onboarding process for new associates, managers, and trainees, ensuring an onboarding experience aligned with the company's culture;
• Translate, review, and update training content, presentations, communications, and manuals, maintaining alignment with visual identity and brand guidelines;
• Contribute to the design of materials, using presentation and editing tools to ensure clear, attractive, and effective communication;
• Provide support in the implementation and execution of corporate development programs (technology, processes, domain, soft skills, among others);
• Serve as the point of contact for external vendors;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and materials;
• Work in synergy with other HR and business areas to ensure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives;
• Guide employees in using learning platforms
Requirements:
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, collaborative profile with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
