**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Keep the training compliance as per the KPI target
- Flag certificate control and endorsements
- Eventual embarks on the Units by a training representative
- Support the Operations on internal and external audits
- Preparation of annual budget
- Analysis of invoices regarding training and approval
- Support in order to get the approval for changes in the units´ training matrix
- Keep the update of training management system: OSCAR
- Training bookings for core crew
- Induction of new employees
- Training gap analysis to support MOC
- Planning of training suppliers to go on board (when Instructors go on board)
- Preparation of POs

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English level
- Previously experience in the position
