Role Description

We're looking for a part-time, contract Amazon & Meta Ads Specialist (Google ad experience a plus) to join our small but mighty team. This isn't an agency "set it and forget it" gig — we're hands-on, data-driven, and want someone who loves digging into the details with a passion to scale. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager (Dave) to:

  • Manage campaigns SKU by SKU and marketplace by marketplace.
  • Handle keyword harvesting and find new search terms and SKUs to test each day/week.
  • Monitor performance daily and share insights that can shape our next moves.
  • Build clear, regular analytics and performance reports.
  • Join weekly meetings to collaborate, problem-solve, and celebrate wins.

Hours & Pay

  • Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week (3–4 hours/day).
  • Contract/freelance role.
  • Compensation: USD $1,200–1,800/month, depending on experience.
  • This is a remote role (despite what may say) — so location is flexible, but fluent English is a must for smooth communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Amazon Ads (keyword harvesting via bulk downloads, campaign optimization, reporting).
  • Experience with Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization) a big plus.
  • Confident with data, analytics, and spotting trends across multiple SKUs/marketplaces.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (fluent is non-negotiable).
  • Comfortable working independently, but also eager to collaborate in weekly calls.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about helping grow a fast-moving indie game company.
  • Bonus points if you're into board/party games — but a love of data and ads is what really counts.
