Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Barueri, São Paulo. This is a contract-based role offering a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a strong ability to engage with hiring managers and close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Source profiles using multiple channels including job portals, internal databases, networking, and social media.
- Analyze job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
- Identify and assess candidates' technical skills, communication, confidence, and overall fit.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidates' professional competencies.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, up to the onboarding stage.
- Collect references and verify candidate suitability.
- Prepare and maintain HRIS systems and weekly/monthly recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Drive timely closures while ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a services or consulting environment).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools like , job boards, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2–3 days onsite presence.
