Are you a Senior Developer with over 10 years of experience? Aurum Data Solutions, a leader in data-driven technology solutions, is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with extensive QA Automation Testing expertise to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for working on cutting-edge technologies and enjoy taking on complex challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you


Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance backend solutions using Java, and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Create and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and robustness of applications using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
  • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Manage and optimize database performance in both relational and NoSQL systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy and scale applications on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Conduct performance and load testing, ensuring system scalability and reliability.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend development with Java.
  • Deep expertise with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Extensive experience in Microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs.
  • Proven experience in QA Automation Testing with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
  • Strong proficiency in relational databases and NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated build and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of software performance optimization and scalability.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with performance testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for backend development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
