About the RoleWere seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join one of the worlds leading iGaming providers. In this role, youll ensure an exceptional partner experience by providing efficient support, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong internal communication across teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries through internal communication channelsMaintain detailed records of partner interactions and follow up until resolution is achieved to ensure a seamless partner experienceCommunicate effectively with internal teams to diagnose, investigate, and resolve reported issuesAdhere strictly to internal B2B support processes and workflows based on case type and internal directivesPrioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptlyEscalate complicated or unresolved issues to the person in charge as necessaryHandle partner information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalismStay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and eventsCarry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor codeRequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration or any related fieldProven experience in B2B, customer, or technical support in the IT industry is an advantageKnowledge of MS Office is mandatoryFluency in the Portuguese and English languages is requiredKnowledge of the Spanish language will be an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolutionAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTeam player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAccountable, reliable, and professional approach working with b2b clients/teamsOpenness to continuous learning and adapting to new process improvements
