Job Description for Inside Sales/Project Manager:


Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with a list of past customers and prospects who have shown interest in our webinars, introducing them to new services and benefits offered by Microsoft, and overseeing the delivery of these engagements. This role requires interaction with Customer Success Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.


Key Responsabilities


·      Follow up with past customers and webinar prospects to introduce new services and benefits offered by Microsoft and its Partners.

·      Engage with Customer Success Managers and Subject Matter Experts upon customer interest in an offering.

·      Oversee the delivery of Microsoft Benefits to ensure proper resource engagement and adherence to customer expectations.

·      Maintain and update the CRM with all customer interactions and activities.

·      Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, to develop customer follow-up strategies for specific sales drives.

·      Apply standard project management strategies to ensure the successful execution of sales and delivery activities.


Qualifications


·      Proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong organizational and project management abilities.

·      Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed records.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

·      Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


Preferred Experience


·      Previous experience in inside sales or project management roles.

·      Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.

·      Experience working with Customer Success Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
