We are looking for SAP Basis Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) TechnicalStrong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP ApplicationsHands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO)Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the solution/designing the mechanism for end to end solutioningHands on experience in Migration (onpremise to Cloud/Cross cloud/Cross DC's)Soft SkillsExcellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building /Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision makingExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while proactively working with internal teams towards arriving at a resolutionExperience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individualsProficiency in English (Written and verbal)Good to haveCloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-howKnowledge of/certification in one of Azure, AWS or GCP fundamentalsExperience with Migration, Upgrade projects esp. on S/4H CloudKnowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, ITIL, Lean Fundamentals is a plusWhat can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
