RED Global - SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM) - ASAP - Long Term Contract - RemoteOn behalf of our Client, RED is currently looking for a SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM).Details as follow:Role: SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM)Location: 100% Remote Start: ASAPDuration: 12 months contractCapacity: 5 days/week Language: EnglishTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP ApplicationsHands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customersWorking experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topicsStrong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solutionSoft SkillsExcellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building /Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision makingExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while proactively working with internal teams towards arriving at a resolutionExperience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individualsProficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are a plus/on top.E.g.
