Consultor SAP Basis
Buscamos um Consultor SAP Basis qualificado e proativo para gerenciar, manter e otimizar sistemas SAP em um cenário RISE com SAP. Esta função exige experiência prática com ambientes SAP hospedados em nuvem, especialmente em plataformas como SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud e integração com hiperescaladores (AWS, Azure, GCP). O candidato ideal garantirá alta disponibilidade, desempenho e segurança dos aplicativos SAP e trabalhará em estreita colaboração com provedores SAP e de nuvem.
Responsabilidades:
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a Equipe de Especialistas do Cliente no escritório do cliente.
Experiência com HANA
(obrigatório)
Gerenciar operações técnicas para SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BW/4HANA.
Colaborar com as equipes de Operações de Nuvem SAP, provedores de nuvem e equipes de TI do cliente.
Apoiar projetos de migração para o RISE com SAP (integração, conversão de sistemas, atividades de migração para a nuvem).
Gerencie a administração de usuários, o gerenciamento de transporte, cópias do sistema, backups, restaurações, aplicação de patches e atualizações.
Configure e monitore o SAP Cloud ALM, o Solution Manager ou o Focused Run, conforme apropriado para monitoramento centrado na nuvem.
Implemente as melhores práticas de segurança SAP, incluindo o fortalecimento do sistema e as autorizações de usuários.
Analise o desempenho do sistema e proponha otimizações.
Participe do gerenciamento de incidentes e problemas, análise de causa raiz e monitoramento proativo.
Gerencie cortes técnicos para implementações ou atualizações do SAP no ambiente RISE.
Crie e mantenha documentação técnica, incluindo runbooks operacionais.
Mantenha-se atualizado com as inovações SAP (roadmap RISE, serviços SAP BTP, ofertas de hiperescala).
Requisitos:
Experiência como Consultor SAP Basis.
Experiência com HANA db. (obrigatório)
Inglês avançado
