GTM Engineer Growth Automation, Copywriting e IA

A Sciensa é uma consultoria de engenharia de software que entrega soluções para bancos digitais, plataformas financeiras e projetos de IA em larga escala. Para acelerar nosso crescimento, estamos estruturando nossa operação de RevenueOps e buscamos um(a) GTM Engineer com perfil analítico, criativo e técnico, que será responsável por gerar demanda qualificada para o time de SDRs através de automação, IA e dados.

O que você vai fazer

  • Criar, testar e escalar campanhas de prospecção automatizadas com copywriting de alto impacto.
  • Utilizar ferramentas como Apollo, HeyReach, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, N8N ou Make para montar fluxos automáticos de prospecção.
  • Usar IA Generativa (ChatGPT, LangChain, Prompt Engineering) para acelerar produção de conteúdo, personalização de mensagens e qualificação de leads.
  • Implementar e manter dashboards com KPIs claros, como:
    o Taxa de abertura e resposta de e-mails
    o Volume de leads qualificados (MQLs)
    o Custo por lead (CPL)
    o Velocity de pipeline
    o Conversão por campanha / canal
  • Criar e organizar pipelines de leads qualificados para o time de SDRs, garantindo entrega constante e com fit ideal por campanha.
  • Trabalhar em sinergia com marketing e vendas para refinar mensagens, segmentações e estratégia de canais.
  • Aplicar técnicas de Growth Hacking e A/B Testing em diferentes canais para escalar campanhas de forma mensurável.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prática com automações de marketing e vendas usando ferramentas como Apollo, HeyReach, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Domínio em Copywriting para Outbound, Inbound e Nutrição de Leads.
  • Experiência com integração de ferramentas via APIs, webhooks e automações low-code/no-code (Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Capacidade de criar e interpretar dashboards de performance com métricas de aquisição e conversão.
  • Interesse real em IA aplicada a marketing e growth, com capacidade de testar e adaptar ferramentas rapidamente.
  • Perfil proativo, com visão de negócio, orientação a dados e foco em geração de resultado.

Diferenciais (nice to have)

  • Já ter atuado em uma operação de RevenueOps ou Sales Enablement B2B.
  • Experiência com campanhas baseadas em IA e personalização dinâmica de mensagens.
  • Conhecimento básico de banco de dados ou SQL para enriquecer análises de campanhas.
  • Ter cases ou portfólio com impacto direto em pipeline, leads ou faturamento.

  • Modalidade de Contratação: PJ 
  • Modelo de trabalho: 3x por semana presencial (Segunda, Quarta e Sexta-feira) | Escritorio de São Paulo-SP ou Campinas-SP.
  • Horário: Comercial com flexibilidade
  • Abono remunerado: 15 dias após 12 meses de contrato (para você recarregar as energias)
