JOB OBJECTIVE:Support on short, medium-term Sales Planning for GWM do Brasil, providing sales objectives and their impacts on other areas of the company, in addition to enabling strategic decision-making related to sales and production. Participation in monthly planning forums to align and approve sales forecasts. Interface with internal areas, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Product, with the need for deliveries and presentations focused on the structuring and specificities of planningKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Market analysis in sales channels (Retail and Corporate)Structuring the detailed flow that makes up the sales planning and its KPIs (Industry, Wholesale, Retail, Registrations, Market Share)Publication of the approved planning for the other areas of the company (frequency defined by the company)Report of sales and registration indicators over the monthsMonitoring of inventory (in transit, company)Building scenarios that assist in decision-makingMonthly structuring of production demandData collection and report preparationREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Problem solving skillWork under pressureAbility to communicate with different audiencesNegotiation skillsTeamworkGood communicationHigher educationMBA in Sales/Marketing desirableAdvanced EnglishMs OfficeMinimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales, DistributionExperience with dashboards, BISAP SD#J-18808-Ljbffr
