Senior Full Stack Developer (Java Spring Boot + ReactJS)

Location: Remote – must overlap with US/Canada time zones

Our global team collaborates directly with North American clients to build real-world, scalable systems.

We are currently hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a long-term project with one of our clients in the telecom space. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in both Java Spring Boot and ReactJS who can work well in a distributed team.

About the Role

You will help build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces used by millions of consumers. The product includes a web dashboard, APIs, and data pipelines that power a real-time spam and fraud protection platform.

The engineering team is international, agile, and highly collaborative. Communication and availability during US Eastern time hours are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Java Spring Boot microservices in a cloud environment
  • Develop scalable, user-friendly UIs with ReactJS and UI libraries like MUI or Ant Design
  • Integrate backend and frontend systems using REST APIs and RPC
  • Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and agile planning
  • Maintain code quality with tests, monitoring, and clear documentation
  • Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, and QA
Requirements
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Java Spring Boot
  • 3+ years of frontend experience with ReactJS and UI component libraries
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be available to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Must be available during US Eastern (or adjacent) business hours
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, deployment)
  • Knowledge of gRPC, OpenAPI, Node.js, RxJava
  • Familiarity with big data pipelines or Snowflake
  • Experience in the telecommunications, spam/fraud prevention, or voice tech space
  • AI/ML integration or analytics dashboard experience
