O SDR irá ser responsável pelo levantamento de novas oportunidades de negócio e realizar também a abordagem com potenciais clientes para primeiro contato. O objetivo da função é encontrar empresas que necessitam dos serviços oferecidos pela ServerDo.In e agendar reuniões com prospects para o Setor de Vendas da empresa. ATIVIDADES/ RESPONSABILIDADES:Efetuar ligações para leads e potenciais clientes;Documentar processos doseu setor aprimorando de forma constante técnicas de atendimento, técnicas de desenvolvimento de vendas;Auxiliar o setor de marketing informando sobre a qualidade dos leads e materiais que podem ser criados para facilitar o processo de venda;Prospecção e qualificação de novos possíveis parceiros;Agendamento de reuniõespara o time comercial;Qualificar leads e encaminhar potenciais clientes para reunião de diagnóstico;Manter os cadastros atualizados em nosso CRM. Escolaridade necessária:Superior cursando em áreas relacionadas. Tempo de experiência anterior desejável:6 meses de experiência com atendimento por telefone. Conhecimentos Técnicos :Necessário:Conhecimento sobre sobre de vendas (funil de vendas e uso de CRM);Técnicas de vendas. Desejável:Conhecimento sobre hospedagem de sites;Conhecimento sobre certificados SSL;Conhecimento sobre computação em nuvem. Aspectos comportamentais desejáveis:Adaptabilidade;Comunicação clara para reuniões e ligações;Paciência;Organização;Proatividade. A forma de contratação é CLT, com carga horária de 40h/semanais. Salário:R$1797,00 Comissão:R$ 50,00 por cada reunião agendada que resultar em venda. Benefícios:Vale alimentação :26,00 por dia;Vale transporte;Unimed – Após 3 meses de experiência;Uniodonto - Após 3 meses de experiência.
