Role of the QA Team:
Our QA team is crucial in ensuring the quality of our platform. There are two main tasks you will focus on:
Bug Analysis: Understand and diagnose bugs that make it into production. This requires a solid understanding of our product and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proactively finding issues that affect users: Identify parts of the system that need to be improved according to feedback coming from users and testing. You need to be able to clearly report the problem and propose a solution.
Feature Verification: Manually check whether new features work as intended. This involves strong analytical skills to assess user experience and interface design.

While specific technical skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code, and creating automated tests are very beneficial, they are not required.

We're looking for candidates with strong English, product analysis skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Boston time), including a one-hour lunch break.
