Join Keeta, explore the world.About the Role: Keeta is hiring aConsumer Communications Specialistto support the execution of ourPress & KOL strategyin Brazil. You’ll work with cross-funcional teams toimplement campaigns, coordinate media and influencer activities, and ensure consistent messagingas we expand in the food delivery market. The ideal candidate is a collaborative executor with hands-on experience inmedia relations, KOL coordination, and campaign logistics .Key Responsibilities: Media & KOL Coordination:Assist inorganizing interviews, press briefings, and influencer partnershipsto secure positive coverage and amplify brand visibility. Campaign Support:Helpexecuteconsumer-focused communications initiatives (e.g., press releases, product launches, events) to boostbrand awareness and favorability . Agency Collaboration:Work with PR agencies totrack deliverables , manage timelines, and ensure alignment with Keeta’s messaging. Cross-functional Execution:Partner withMarketing, Social Media, and Government Affairstoimplementintegrated campaigns across all channels. Crisis Support:Monitor media sentiment and assist in drafting responses to mitigate reputational risks. Content & Reporting:Prepare media kits, track coverage, and generate reports on campaign performance (e.g., reach, tonality, share of voice).Requirements: Experience in consumer PR or communications experience , preferably intech, food delivery, or related industries . Proven ability tocoordinate with journalists, KOLs, and agencies(traditional + social media). Strongorganizational and multitasking skillsto manage deadlines and stakeholders. Fluency inPortuguese and English(written and spoken).
