Our operations will soon expand from Sao Paulo to cities across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, proving that real climate impact and transformative business models can be built first where the need is greatest.About the RoleVammo is hiring a strategic, high-performing leader to join our Special Projects & Strategy team - a small, elite group working directly with executives and founders - to solve the most complex and high-impact challenges in the company. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives that shape Vammo’s growth trajectory - from fleet and asset optimization to financial modeling, new business models, partnerships, and operational scaling.This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, loves tackling hard problems, and moves seamlessly between data, strategy, and execution. You will be deeply embedded across teams - working hand-in-hand with Fleet, Charging, Maintenance, Sales, Software, and Hardware - and expected to think like an owner.You will be based in São Paulo and will report directly to executives at VammoKey ResponsibilitiesLead and execute high-impact strategic projects that directly influence Vammo’s operational and financial performance. Partner with functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and drive implementation. Build analytical frameworks and dashboards to inform decision-making across the company. Develop business cases, models, and strategic plans for new initiatives — from asset financing structures to expansion playbooks. Own key cross-functional workstreams (e.g., pricing, network expansion, strategic partnerships). Translate insights into clear recommendations and operational action. Work closely with the founders and leadership team on fundraising, board materials, and strategic communications. Build and mentor small, high-performing project teams as the function scales.Requirements4-6 years of total experience, ideally including: 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, etc.) 3–4 years in a high-growth startup or operating role where you owned key projects end-to-end. Proven track record of leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, and with messy data. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and move fast. Strong business judgment and curiosity about how hardware, logistics, and software intersect. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish or Chinese a plus. Based in São Paulo, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
