We are looking for Senior Analyst-Change Management, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration and deliverables management.
Measurement of SLAs agreed with the business .
And much better if you stand out for:
Systems engineer or technologist, in computer science or related, with experience in leading of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration and deliverables management.
Knowledge about ITIL v.4 framework
Experience with receiving requests for arquitecture/development/application team and understand impacts in operation and how mitigate this changes
understand which areas are impacted and define plan action
coordinate timeline, prepare defense documentation, getting approval for different areas and schedule changes
evaluate any impact for financial that require attention for delivery manager
tools for manage change management
Experience with 5.000 enduser/ 4.000 hosts at least and Infrastructure outsourcing
English Advanced/fluent;
Desirable Skills:
• TCS culture
• previous Customer culture
• Jira, Confluence ITSM/KB tools
• SAP Basis, Oracle Database, Windows/Linux, Cisco, Palo Alto, Tethris, forcepoint, proofpoint, O365, Wlan/Lan, WAN, Datacenter, field services, Service Desk Operation
